WHO WE ARE
Farel Costruzioni was founded in 2010 as a construction company and over the years has specialized in the retail business, becoming General Contractor of large brands.
The company guarantees efficient construction management and professional construction site management, reacting quickly to customer requests.
We source directly from the manufacturer (e.g. Panasonic, Knauf, LG, Moda ceramiche) to be more competitive and guarantee high quality products
THE COMPANY IS STRUCTURED AS FOLLOWS:
technical office (estimation and management of practices) our internal studio analyzes each project in depth with speed and professionalism,
purchasing office (for research and purchase of materials and management of suppliers),
administrative office (for economic management) transparent accounting towards the customer,
Works management (for the direct management of construction sites) made up of qualified surveyors and own employees, capable of respecting the construction site timetable and managing it by collaborating with the various workers, giving reports on the progress of the work to the customer through emails and photos. Direct interface with the latter for the presentation of reports and any problem resolution.
External partners who have collaborated with the company for many years, allowing us to have qualified and loyal subcontracts.
WHAT DO WE DO

of shops or commercial premises in the retail field and in particular:
- building renovation,
- construction of plasterboard and masonry works,
- electrical and technological systems,
- mechanical systems (air conditioning, air treatment primary)
- xtraction of both traditional and balanced flow kitchens,
- heating plants,
- hydraulic systems (sanitary water, air conditioning and refrigerator systems, hydronic systems)
