Farel Costruzioni was founded in 2010, and over the years, it has specialized in the Retail business, becoming a General Contractor for major brands.
The company guarantees efficient project management and professional site supervision, responding quickly to customer requests.
We source directly from the manufacturer (e.g. Panasonic, Knauf, LG, Moda Ceramiche) to be more competitive and ensure high-quality products.
We collaborate with IGD for the largest shopping centers.
- Technical office (quotation and management of practices) our in-house team thoroughly analyzes each project with speed and professionalism,
- Purchasing office (for the sourcing and purchasing of materials and supplier management),
- Administrative office (for financial management) transparent accounting towards the client,
- Site management (for direct management of construction sites) composed of qualified surveyors and its own employees, able to comply with the construction schedule and manage it by collaborating with the various workers, providing progress reports to the client via email and photos. Direct interface with the latter for the presentation of reports and any problem resolution.
